Rawson all inclusive price

This is where we are different; at Rawson Homes we offer Real Upfront Pricing!

The move in price of our homes are all inclusive and cover all mandatory build costs as well as numerous quality features and fittings. All you have to do is move straight in! And to make sure we cater to your tastes and needs our homes are available in either a Key or Lux inclusions level.


What is the move in price

Some builders refer to move in price which typically includes all the regulatory fees such as site fees, councils fees, BASIX and all mandatory costs required to build your home – it may also include some basic inclusions.

It is worth checking to see what exactly is included, as important features you will need such as flooring or a driveway may not be. Sometimes what appears to be a cheaper price at the start can prove very expensive later on.


Comparing the base price

The base price is the price of the home complete with all basic features including:

– Home design and floorplan
– Classic façade
– Tiles to wet areas
– Basic builder inclusions to finish your home.

This price is our way of helping you compare the price of our homes with other builders. However to be ready to move in there are additional costs that you will need to pay such as regulatory and statutory costs and inclusions such as flooring.

Photographs, artist impressions may show fixtures, fittings or finishes (render as an example) which are not supplied by Rawson Homes, or which are only available in some Rawson Homes designs or when selected as inclusions above the standard inclusions for a particular design. This may include landscaping and outdoor items, floor coverings, furniture, kitchen, bathroom and light fittings and decorative items, which are shown as examples only. References to block size are based on a standard block which is up to 700m2 with up to 1m fall across the block, “M” class soil classification, all services within boundaries, garage setback up to 5.5m from front boundary, even cut and fill.
