- Benefit from expertise. Your new build home has been designed and crafted by experts who know how to make the most of your land’s size and aspect as well as create an interior you’ll love.
- Prevent decision-fatigue. Colours and fittings are chosen for you, allowing you to enjoy focussing on individualising your home once you move in.
- Banish delays. Certainty is created by knowing land and building approvals are already in hand, meaning you can plan ahead with confidence for moving day.
- Great value and fixed pricing. Forget separate negotiations for the land, home and extras like landscaping. You’ll benefit from the value that results from efficient building and you’ll know the cost before you buy.
- Payment on completion with one contract. All you need is a 10% deposit, followed by the rest on completion. You’ll love the simplicity of fixed upfront pricing and we know that banks prefer this model too.
- Included extras. Solar power, increased insulation rating, Low E glazing on windows and LED downlights are standard rather than extra. You’ll save on energy bills and have the peace of mind that comes with a reduced environmental footprint.
- Full 6 year structural guarantee. Why choose Rawson for your ready built home? We’ll be with you through the whole process and continue to support you once you’ve moved in. We’ve been a trusted builder for over 45 years.
Is Ready Built the same as Turnkey homes?
Ready built homes are similar to ‘turnkey’ homes but with one significant difference.
In both situations, you’ll be moving into a brand new house. With a ready built home (also known as a ‘completed home’), the house is already built, or close to completion.
A turnkey home means you are buying off-the-plan. So, while the house’s floor plan and design will be planned for you, construction will only begin once you’ve signed a contract. Read more about turnkey vs ready built here.
